The following key dates are for teams in the GCL in Division 1 to 5 only.
| Date | Notes |

| Friday | On Fridays prior to games, clubs should enter selected sides in play-cricket, making any required last minute changes after the game. |
| Sunday | (10:00) Deadline for entry of results & highlights on Play-Cricket |
| Tuesdays | (19:00) Deadline for entry of scorecard, facilities, fair play reports and registration application. |
| Wednesday | (19:00) Deadline for of unregistered players who have played the prior weekend.
(19:00) Deadline for submission of any disciplinary reports. Recommendation that both Captains check scorecards for any issues remaining and clubs encouraged to complete these as soon as possible, with deadline only extended for registration matters. |
| May 30 | Deadline by which all Category 3 players must have been registered & played their first games. |
| June 2 | All May scorecards must be completed by end of day. |
| July 7 | All June scorecards must be completed by end of day. |
| July 30 | (23:59) Transfer Window closes. |
| August 4 | All July scorecards must be completed by end of day. |
| August 6 | (21:00) All scorecards for August 1st must be completed. |
| August 13 | (21:00) All scorecards for August 8th must be completed. |
| August 20 | (21:00) All scorecards for August 15th must be completed. |
| August 27 | (21:00) All scorecards for August 22nd must be completed. |
| September 3 | (21:00) All scorecards for August 29th must be completed. |
